轻度认知功能损害的转归及其影响因素

摘要
轻度认知功能损害是介于正常老化和轻度痴呆之间的中间过渡状态。目前的研究证实轻度认知功能损害不仅只是进展为痴呆或死亡,也能保持轻度认知功能损害状态或向正常逆转,而且将轻度认知功能损害进行分型后,其转归不尽相同。本研究主要讨论轻度认知功能损害的分型、转归及影响其转归的因素。
