简要介绍了病人对护理满意度评价研究方法;主要综述了病人对护理满意度评价问卷的内容、维度及条目,病人对护理满意度问卷的心理学特征测定,病人对护理满意度评价的时间以及影响病人对护理服务满意度的因素。
