摘要：

目的探讨应用Masquelet技术治疗上肢长骨骨缺损的效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2015年12月, 接受Masquelet技术治疗的上肢长骨骨缺损患者11例, 其中非感染性骨缺损3例, 感染性骨缺损8例。术后记录骨愈合和并发症情况。结果第一阶段手术后, 1例感染性骨缺损需要两次手术才能控制感染, 其余患者均一次手术。11例患者第二阶段术后均获得随访, 时间为12～38个月, 平均15.6个月, 所有骨缺损均愈合, 临床愈合时间为3～5个月, 平均3.6个月。末次随访时, 骨缺损愈合按Paley方法评价均为优, 无感染、感染复发和内固定断裂。邻近关节功能按DASH上肢功能调查表评价:优3例, 良6例, 可2例。结论 Masquelet技术是改良的游离植骨方法, 治疗上肢长骨骨缺损具有手术简便、并发症少、骨愈合快、愈合率较高和控制骨感染效果较好等特点。
