摘要：

我国企业存在着研发资源匮乏、自主创新能力不足等问题,致使其难以可持续发展。研究联合体(ResearchJoint Ventures,简称RJVs)是多家企业在R&D阶段共同投资建立研发组织、契约式购买研发成果、在生产和市场开发阶段进行竞争的一种组织形式。作为一种先进的技术创新模式,国内外学者对RJVs的研究已取得了一定的成果,但尚缺乏完整、系统的认识,其研究的广度和深度还需要进一步拓宽和加深。基于此,文章从便于厘清和分析问题的角度出发,在梳理和罗列RJVs国内外不同观点的基础上,提出对我国RJVs研究方向的理解。
