摘要：

microRNA是一类大小约22个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,能够整合到RNA诱导沉默复合体(RNA-induced silence complex,RISC)中,介导转录后的基因沉默。microRNA参与调控细胞的生长、分化及凋亡,与癌症的发生和发展有着密切的联系。该文就microRNA的生物合成及作用机制、microRNA与肿瘤的关系及其在肿瘤基因治疗中的应用研究作一综述。
