摘要：

The aluminium complex compound of aluminium trichloride and flavonoid is yellow.In this paper,we determined the content of the total flavone by using spectrophotometer.50% ethanol was used to separate flavonoid in the cydonia oblonga.Mill in the experiment The results show that lixiviate amonut of flavone is the most and reappearance of results is good when we use 50% ethanol with 7h of leaching time.
