贴扎对踝关节的影响研究进展

摘要
<正>踝关节损伤在运动员中较为常见,多是在训练和比赛较为疲乏或刚开始活动而没有充分的准备活动时发生[1]。为了预防踝关节扭伤,除了剧烈活动前进行充分的准备活动外,在训练和比赛时应用贴扎带或其他各类护踝支具等可显著减少踝关节损伤的发生率[2]。本文综述贴扎对踝关节稳定性、运动能力等的影响的相关研究,以期为后续研究提供参考。
