<正>骨性关节炎（osteoarthritis,OA）是目前导致残疾的主要退行性疾病之一,发病率随着人口肥胖率增加和老龄化加剧而上升。在美国,不小于25岁患有临床骨性关节炎的成年人数从1995年2100万,上升到2005年2700万[1]。膝骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）是由于增龄、肥胖、劳损、创伤、关节先天性异常、关节畸形等许多因素引起的以膝关节
