茵陈蒿汤防治肝脏疾病的药理作用及药动学研究进展

摘要
茵陈蒿汤源自《伤寒论》,为治疗湿热黄疸的经典方剂。药理研究发现其对多种类型肝损伤具有保护作用,可用于胆汁淤积、非酒精性脂肪肝、酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化、肝硬化的治疗,肝保护机制为调节胆红素胆汁酸代谢、降脂降糖、抗氧化、抑制肝星状细胞增殖和活化、抑制肝细胞凋亡、抗炎、调节肠道菌群。对茵陈蒿汤的药动学研究日渐增多,肝损伤对其药动学行为产生一定影响。综述茵陈蒿汤在肝脏疾病防治中的药理作用和药动学特征,为该方剂的开发应用和临床合理使用提供依据。
