白藜芦醇对阿霉素诱导心脏毒性保护作用的研究进展

摘要
阿霉素是多种血液恶性肿瘤和实体瘤的主要治疗药物。然而,其临床应用受剂量相关性心脏毒性的限制。阿霉素诱导心脏毒性的机制可能涉及多种信号通路,包括自由基产生、钙超载、线粒体功能障碍、细胞凋亡和自噬。已有研究表明白藜芦醇与阿霉素联合用药可以预防心脏毒性,并且对肿瘤细胞发挥协同治疗效应。主要对白藜芦醇的心脏毒性保护作用进行综述,阐明白藜芦醇在阿霉素诱导心脏毒性中保护作用的机制。
