摘要：

结肠癌是一种严重危害人类健康的恶性肿瘤,在我国青年人的发病率呈现日益增长的趋势。TOLL样受体(TLRs)与Wnt/β-catenin(β-连环蛋白)蛋白在结肠癌患者中会高表达,具有促进结肠癌发生发展的作用。本文就TLRs与Wnt/β-catenin两者信号通路在结肠癌发生发展中的相互调节关系这一新的认识进行阐述。
