<正>上肢运动功能障碍是脑卒中后常见的后遗症,卒中后大约30%—66%患者出现上肢和手的运动功能障碍[1],严重影响日常社会生活活动。早期的康复训练在一定程度上提高了上肢和手的运动功能,然而对于恢复期遗留的上肢和手运
