<正>人的一生约1/3是在睡眠中度过的,良好的睡眠有助于人体消除疲劳、保护大脑、恢复体力和精力。睡眠障碍是指睡眠数量、质量、时间及节律紊乱。流行性调查显示,睡眠障碍的发病率越来越高,中国成年人仅失眠的发生率为38.2%。脑卒中,又称脑血管意外、脑中风,是一种突发脑血液循环障碍性疾病,包括缺血性及出血性脑卒中,前者发病率更高;第三次全国死因调查显示,脑卒中致死率高达22.45%,排名第1。睡眠障碍患者易并发脑卒中,
