摘要：

NALP3是NALPs蛋白家族的典型代表之一,与Toll样受体一样广泛参与对病原体的识别,产生相应的免疫应答反应,与自身免疫病及其他非感染性全身疾病等密切相关。该文就NALP3的结构、分布和识别配体;NALP3炎性体的组成、活化与调控以及与NALP3炎性体相关的疾病几方面作一综述。
