6min步行测试在急性期脑卒中患者中的应用

摘要：

目的对急性期脑卒中患者进行6 min步行测试（6MWT）并分析其结果。方法 2014年11月2015年1月,对29例急性期单发或多发性脑梗死住院患者进行6MWT,记录总距离、各分钟距离、测试前后血压和心率变化以及不适的发生,计算患者体力虚弱程度和疲劳评分。结果急性期脑卒中患者6MWT总距离为（240.1±17.2）m,相当于预测健康人水平的（46.8±3.3）%。其中男性平均（255.4±21.4）m,女性（214.9±28.4）m,两者无显著性差异（t=-1.151,P=0.26）。6MWT总距离与年龄接近负相关（r=-0.356,P=0.058）。各分钟距离相似。患者体力虚弱程度（46.8±3.3）%,疲劳评分多在-20～20,两者间无明显相关。测试结束时患者血压和心率较测试前升高（t>2.476,P<0.05）。个别患者测试过程中或结束时有轻微不适主诉。结论 6MWT可安全地用于急性期脑卒中患者活动能力测试,但需警惕意外发生。
