摘要：

本文重点关注转型期民营企业在卷入商业纠纷时如何选择纠纷解决机制,以及企业家政治身份和制度环境的影响差异。利用全国民营企业抽样调查数据实证发现,企业选择的纠纷解决途径是多元化的,其中有政治关系的企业更愿意诉诸"法院仲裁"和"政府渠道"的国家解纷机制;在更"差"的环境中,有政治关系的企业更倾向于选择法律诉讼而非寻求政府渠道。此外,政治关系有助于提升纠纷解决的事后满意度,而且在"差"制度下,这种影响更大。
