近红外光谱同时测定白酒中总酯和杂醇油

摘要
酯类物质和杂醇油是白酒中重要的呈香呈味物质,其含量的高低直接影响着白酒的风格。色谱法存在着操作繁琐、操作时间长的缺点,发展快速检测白酒中总酯和杂醇油含量的方法具有重要意义。现代近红外光谱以其简便、快捷、多组分同时测定以及不破坏样品等突出特点,与化学计量学结合更显其优势,得到了广泛应用。本文通过组合近红外光谱与区间偏最小二乘算法,筛选出定量白酒中总酯和杂醇油含量的最优波长区间,在将变量空间压缩87%的基础上,获得了预测能力优于全谱偏最小二乘的校正模型,在独立的测试集上进行了系统验证。
