摘要
文章旨在探讨跨境电商企业如何平衡供应链弹性与脆弱性。为此,该研究提出了供应链弹性与脆弱性的匹配度概念,即供应链弹性与脆弱性的当前匹配状况与理想匹配情形的接近程度。匹配度的量化可以有效地帮助管理者更好地管控供应链脆弱性,为供应链弹性管理制订合理的资源配置策略。在考虑跨境电商供应链弹性和脆弱性的驱动因素基础上,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法(AHP)和模糊理想解法(TOPSIS)的匹配度评价模型。最后,文章通过实证研究说明了该模型的可操作性及其实践意义。研究认为,跨境电商供应链的弹性与脆弱性应保持在合理的匹配状态,而不是片面地追求更高的弹性或更低的脆弱性。
