人感染H7N9禽流感流行病学研究进展

摘要
通过整理WHO网站公布的疫情数据,Pubmed文献数据库上发表的人感染H7N9禽流感流行病学、临床、免疫等相关文献,对人感染H7N9禽流感的疫情概况、流行特征及影响因素、预防控制措施等进行综述。该疾病从2013年2月从我国华东地区开始流行,目前主要分布在我国华东、华南,蔓延全国多省市。冬春季是高发季节,禽类是传染源,主要通过接触传播,60岁以上有基础疾患的男性和禽类环境暴露者是高危人群。临床表现以重症肺炎为主,儿童感染后疾病谱以轻症病例为主。预后主要受年龄、基础疾患、免疫反应、遗传基因影响。做好三早预防、控制传染源、及时开展风险评估与沟通,多部门合作是防控的主要措施。
