产业集群与城市化的演化机制与实践路径——以“义乌商圈”和“柯桥商圈”为例

摘要：

本文尝试以推拉理论的扩展为分析框架构建了产业集群与城市化互动的演化博弈论模型,并以"义乌商圈"和"柯桥商圈"为案例进行了验证性的比较分析,以此揭示二者之间结构性、阶段性的演化过程、机制与规律。研究发现:(1)二者的互动关系是由集群的"拉力"和"推力"以及城市的"拉力"和"推力"四种力量共同作用决定,并且每个互动阶段的主导力量存在明显差异;(2)地方政府可以根据二者的互动模式与互动阶段,有效平衡四种力量的作用机制并引导二者互动,实现在不同层级的外延性跃迁;(3)"义乌商圈"与"柯桥商圈"虽然在产业集群与城市化互动的初期存在明显差异,但最终都以城市化为主导模式,即通过城市经济的整合效应来加快生产性服务业发展和推动制造业集群优化升级。
