精神行为症状(BPSD)作为常见的阿尔茨海默病(AD)临床症状,其潜在的生物学特点可能提示AD病理变化。文章主要从神经影像、神经病理、遗传学特点,阐述精神行为症状在AD发生、发展中的临床意义。
