黄参茎叶多酚对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要
研究黄参茎叶多酚对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,探讨其对CCl4肝损伤起保护作用的有效剂量。以不同剂量的黄参茎叶多酚(150、300、600mg/kgBW·d)给予小鼠灌胃实验进行预防,连续21d后,腹腔注射1%的CCl4(V/V)菜籽油0.3mL建立CCl4诱导小鼠肝损伤模型。测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆红素(TBIL)含量,以及肝组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平,并进一步观察肝脏组织病理学变化。结果表明:黄参茎叶多酚对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,能显著抑制CCl4所致肝损伤小鼠肝脏指数、脾脏指数、血清ALT、AST、TBIL水平以及肝脏MDA含量的升高,能提高肝脏抗氧化酶SOD和CAT的活性,其中300mg/kgBw·d剂量水平效果最佳。肝组织病理学检查结果进一步证实了该结果。
