摘要
维生素D缺乏是全球普遍存在的公共健康问题。近年来, 研究发现维生素D的功能已不仅仅涉及骨骼健康, 还与许多疾病密切相关。本文简要介绍了维生素D及实验室测定方法、评价儿童维生素D水平的影响因素以及维生素D缺乏与儿童感染性疾病的相关性。(中华检验医学杂志, 2015, 38:226-228)
