微生态制剂在炎症性肠病治疗中的应用

摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)的微生态治疗逐渐成为近年来的研究热点,越来越多的实验研究为微生态制剂在IBD中的应用提供了重要理论支撑,且取得了显著的临床应用成效,某些微生态制剂已被推荐用于轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病人的维持缓解治疗和病人术后贮袋炎的预防和维持缓解治疗。结合最新的研究结果对UC和克罗恩病(CD)术后病人微生态治疗的现状进行分析,提出未来研究方向,期待更加规范的大规模临床研究进一步验证IBD微生态治疗的有效性和安全性,指导临床应用。
