肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎相关易感因素的研究进展

摘要：

自发性腹膜炎是肝硬化腹水患者一种常见而严重的并发症,是指在无腹腔内应用外科手术可以治愈的情况下,由腹水所导致的感染。自发性腹膜炎在肝硬化腹水患者中的发生率可达30%,是严重肝功能障碍的一个标志。自发性细菌性腹膜炎的发病机制主要有小肠细菌过度生长、肠黏膜通透性改变、细菌移位和机体免疫力下降。本文对近年来肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎相关易感因素的进展进行综述。
