人参皂苷的提取分离方法研究进展

摘要
人参皂苷是人参中的主要有效成分之一,具有多种重要的药理活性,目前已成为一些特效药的主要成分。人参皂苷的有效提取分离是其进一步研究和利用的关键前提,科学高效地提取分离人参皂苷是当前人参研究面临的一个重要课题。本文综述了国内外人参皂苷提取分离方法的研究进展,包括经典的传统提取分离方法和近代发展起来的提取分离方法,以期为人参皂苷的提取与分离提供参考。
