摘要：

论文通过对近6年(2005—2010)国外学界"学术失范"相关研究论文进行综合调研,对"学术失范"的概念进行阐述,针对目前存在的学术失范概念认识模糊、学术伦理道德缺失、学术管理功利性和学术机制不完善的问题,从道德伦理角度、技术角度、图书馆员等几个方面,提出学术失范的应对措施,以期为制定学术规范教育制度化的政策提供依据。
