肺小腺癌中肺泡细胞癌含量与不同阈值CT测量的磨玻璃密度含量的相关性

摘要
目的:研究肺小腺癌中肺泡细胞癌含量与超高分辨率CT(UHRCT)扫描上磨玻璃密度(GGO)含量的相关性,并筛选出合理的CT测量阈值。方法:最大径≤2cm的肺部孤立性小腺癌52例纳入研究,采用飞利浦64层机完成UHRCT扫描,在标准算法重建1mm层厚肺窗上,分别采用-300Hu、-350Hu、-400Hu、-450Hu、-500Hu和-550Hu6种CT阈值进行病灶GGO含量的定量,同时均完成病理上肺泡细胞癌成分的半定量。两种定量进行Spearman相关性分析。结果:肺小腺癌CT上GGO含量与病理上肺泡细胞癌含量间有明显相关性,当采用阈值为-350Hu进行分析时,其相关性相对更好(r=-0.691,P=0.000)。结论:肺小腺癌中肺泡细胞癌含量与CT上GGO含量具有明显相关性,以阈值-350Hu进行CT定量效果相对更好。
