生长因子在正畸牙移动牙周组织改建中的作用

摘要
正畸牙移动是在机械应力作用下多种因子介导的牙周组织改建。随着现代试验技术的发展,研究者们开始在分子和基因水平研究正畸牙移动的生物学特征。在各种参与牙周组织改建的细胞因子中,生长因子是重要的调节因子之一。了解其在正畸牙移动过程中对牙周组织改建的具体作用机制,有助于正畸医师更好地理解正畸牙移动的生物学行为,指导其在正畸临床上的应用。本文就正畸牙移动的生物学基础、正畸牙移动过程中牙周组织的变化、生长因子在牙周组织改建中的作用等研究进展作一综述。
