灾害对人的影响是多方面的 ,除了可能导致的死亡和身体损伤外 ,对灾害的幸存者亦可能造成心理创伤 ,心理创伤超过一定的程度即出现创伤后应急障碍 ,简称PTSD。本文对PTSD的定义、诊断标准、发生率、发生时间、影响因素及预防等作了简要介绍
