聚苯胺/聚酰亚胺复合纤维的导电特性研究

摘要
一系列的聚苯胺/聚酰亚胺(PANi/PI)复合纤维的制备先是通过干喷湿纺工艺,然后使用原位生成聚合法制得的。PANi/PI复合纤维具有良好的机械性能:0.90GPa的抗张强度,0.79GPa的拉伸模量和14.63%的断裂伸长率。通过热重和热机械分析可得到,复合纤维在空气气氛和氮气气氛中都具有相当好的热稳定性,同时在50~150℃的环境下也具有良好的尺寸稳定性;其伏安特性曲线表明,沿着纤维的轴向,复合纤维逐渐从绝缘转变为导电;另外,复合纤维在不同pH值的溶液中都能表现出很好的灵敏度。这项研究提供了一种制备PANi/PI复合纤维的简易方法,可以用于制造抗静电纺织品并且能够应用于军事工业领域。
