摘要：

本文梳理了美、英、德、澳四国综合职业能力(或称关键能力)概念的内涵和变迁,指出其存在的差异和共同点,提出对职业能力应进行与具体职业情景相关联的深入研究和分析,为职业教育的课程和教学改革实践提供科学合理的、具有中国特色的职业能力内涵诠释。
