摘要：

<正>椎间盘源性下腰痛是引起慢性下腰痛的主要原因,它是由椎间盘自身内部结构的变化引起的腰痛,椎间盘外部结构是正常的。对于大多数患者,非手术治疗仍是主要方法,对于慢性失能性椎间盘源性下腰痛,通过非手术治疗无效,应考虑外科治疗。微创治疗是简单有效的治疗手段。本文对其概念、分型、发病机制及治疗进行综述。
