基于包络谱带通峭度的改进谱峭度方法及在轴承诊断中的应用

摘要
快速谱峭度法(Kurtogram)是解决用于滚动轴承故障诊断的共振解调方法中带通滤波器中心频率和带宽参数确定问题的有效方法; Kurtogram以滤波后时域信号的峭度值作为滤波效果度量指标,然而该指标易受非高斯噪声和偶然性非周期冲击影响,可能导致滤波频带选择错误。考虑到偶然性冲击和非高斯噪声的包络谱与周期性冲击包络谱之间的特性差别,同时为了排除齿轮局部故障和转子碰摩等故障造成的冲击影响,提出按一定规则截取滤波后信号包络谱的中间段,并以该段数据的峭度值衡量周期性冲击响应的强弱,称为包络谱带通峭度;以包络谱带通峭度代替Kurtogram中滤波后时域信号的峭度值,得到一种改进的快速谱峭度方法。以仿真信号和实验室实测信号分析验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。
