磁刺激对体外原代神经元迁移的影响

摘要
目的体外观察磁刺激对原代神经元迁移的影响。方法原代培养SD大鼠皮质神经元,分为正常组(control,C组)、假刺激组(shame,S组)、40%最大输出强度组(40%of maximum intensity of stimulation,0.4T组)、60%最大输出强度组(60%of maximum intensity of stimulation,0.6T组)。各组细胞接种于transwell小室内,自细胞接种后第2~6天接受磁刺激,连续刺激5d,各组细胞于第6天同一时间染色,将transwell小室倒置,光学显微镜下计数。结果 C组有(2.6±0.548)个、S组有(3.0±0.707)个细胞迁移,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);0.4T组有(17.40±1.673)个、0.6T组有(18.40±1.572)个细胞迁移,迁移的数量较C组及S组明显增多(P<0.05)。结论磁刺激可促进体外原代神经元迁移。
