<正>炎症性肠道疾病(IBD)主要指溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD),其病因不明。近年来,该病的患病率迅速上升。近5年,我科每年收治的CD病人数均超过100例,并逐年增加,2010年达407例。由于IBD是消化系疾病,且常并发感染,不但
