摘要
手工测量Cobb角是评价脊柱侧弯的金标准,但其测量中存在端椎和端线定位困难的问题.为此,提出一种基于掩膜分割的计算机辅助测量方法.随机选取134例脊柱侧弯患者X光数字图像,由2名经验丰富的人员采用传统手工方法测量其Cobb角,将其结果作为检验标准.利用所提改进的Cobb角测量方法对同一组图像进行测量.结果表明,改进的Cobb角测量方法与手工方法测量的Cobb角相比,具有良好的结果一致性.该方法可有效解决端椎和端线定位困难的问题,提升了测量可靠性和准确性.
