TGF-β和PDGF在肝纤维化进程中的研究进展

摘要：

转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β1)和血小板衍生生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)是对肝纤维化的形成过程有重大影响作用的细胞因子,它们与肝纤维化的发生发展以及细胞外基质(extracellularmatrix,ECM)的代谢关系最为密切。学者们通过对肝纤维化疾病大量的实验研究,发现TGF-β1和PDGF在肝纤维化形成、发生及发展中扮演了重要角色。近年来提出了针对于预TGF-β1和PDGF的抗肝纤维化治疗新途径,在基因治疗及免疫治疗的研究方面取得了可喜的进展。本文简要总结了国内外学者关于肝纤维化中TGF-β1和PDCGF的作用及以它们为靶点的药物开发新进展。
