摘要：

<正>脓毒症是感染导致死亡的首要因素[1]。在美国,每年新出现约100万的脓毒症病例,造成20万人死亡[2]。随着治疗手段的不断进展,重症脓毒症28 d病死率已从1991～1995年的46.9%降至2006～2009年的29%[3]。脓毒症与凝血功能异常存在不可分割的关系,最新的脓毒症诊断标准（sepsis-3）:将国际标准化率（international normalized ratio,INR）>1.5或活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial
