摘要：

急性胰腺炎是临床上常见的急腹症之一,其中80%为轻型胰腺炎,但有20%的患者发展为重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)。随着对SAP病理生理学的认识和治疗经验的积累,其病死率和死亡率均有大幅下降。在SAP内、外科治疗的选择、预防性应用抗生素和益生菌的应用等方面还有不少争议,此文就这些问题作一综述。
