摘要：

[目的]系统评价心理干预对阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人抑郁治疗的效果。[方法]计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库关于心理干预治疗AD病人抑郁的随机对照试验(RCT),并用RevMan 5.3软件、试验序贯分析(TSA)软件进行数据分析。[结果]共纳入11项RCT,涉及1 325例病人。研究结果显示:与常规护理组比较,干预组心理干预3个月、4个月与支持性心理干预能显著降低病人的抑郁水平(P<0.01);而心理干预大于4个月与认知行为心理干预改善抑郁效果尚不确定。试验序贯分析和敏感性分析证实各结局指标合并结果可信。[结论]心理干预3个月、4个月与支持性心理干预可降低AD病人的抑郁水平。
