<正>心力衰竭是心血管疾病终末期的常见综合征。随着人类寿命的延长,慢性心力衰竭的患病率日益增长。流行病学统计,美国人群的心力衰竭患病率为1.5%2.0%,约有450万患者[1];中国成人的心力衰竭患病率约为0.9%,估计约有585万患者[2]。心力衰竭患者的病死率与严重程度相关,中、重度心力衰竭的5年病死率分别约为30%和50%。目前认为神经内分泌系统的激活是引起心肌细胞凋亡、心肌
