完全性胸腔镜行肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴清扫术治疗老年非小细胞肺癌效果观察

摘要：

目的探讨完全性胸腔镜(VATS)行肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴清扫术治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。方法将50例NSCLC患者分为VATS组和传统开胸手术(TOS)组,各25例。比较两组手术情况及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果两组均无死亡病例,VATS组无一例中转开胸。VATS组的术中失血量、术后住院天数明显低于开胸组(均<0.05);术后1、3和5 d CRP水平均明显低于同时间点TOS组(<0.05);两组心、肺并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论 VATS下行肺叶切除术治疗老年NSCLC具有明显的微创性和安全性。
