<正>肌少症,亦称骨骼肌减少症,是由Rosenberg(1997)首先提出的一种新的老年综合征,是仅与年龄相关的进行性和全身性的骨骼肌疾病,与跌倒、骨折、失能和死亡等不良预后的风险增加相关。2014年亚洲肌少症工作组(Asia Working Group for Sarcopenia,AWGS)将肌少症定义为年龄相关的骨骼肌质量、力量的丧失和(或)功能的减退[1],老年人肌少症的患病率为4. 1%~11. 5%[1]。随着全球老龄化的进展,肌少症是未来将要面临的主要健康问题之一。骨骼肌在维持代谢稳态方面也起着十
