摘要：

要想了解欧洲的发展前景,首先需要考察欧洲主权债务危机的源起,危机给欧洲带来的冲击以及欧洲的应对之策。关于欧债危机大致有"重债国财政道德缺失论"、"欧元区宏观经济失衡论"、"欧元区制度架构缺失论"、"金融危机后遗症论或危机输入论"、"资本主义制度顽疾论"等几种判断,对应这些判断有不同的政策选择。欧洲选择的是"政策组合",发展的方向是深化和扩大市场,采取的主要方式是治理转型。
