部门间竞合关系对企业创新绩效的影响

摘要
研发部门与市场部门间关系,包括:合作、竞争及竞合关系,对企业创新绩效具有重要意义。本文通过回归分析,实证检验了研发部门与市场部门竞合关系对企业创新绩效的影响,并探究了政治关联在该过程中的权变机制。研究发现:(1)研发部门与市场部门合作对创新绩效具有积极的促进作用;(2)部门间竞争对创新绩效具有负向的减弱作用;(3)部门间的竞合关系正向影响企业的创新绩效;(4)政治关联负向调节合作与竞合关系对创新绩效的影响,而政治关联在竞争与创新绩效间的调节作用并不显著。
