食管黏膜屏障功能及其检测方法研究进展

摘要
食管黏膜屏障包括上皮屏障、顶端连接复合体、化学屏障及上皮后屏障。食管黏膜屏障功能的研究对进一步明确胃食管反流病病理生理学机制具有重要意义。目前临床上对于食管黏膜屏障功能的检测尚未有效开展。本文对其功能及其检测方法的研究进展作一概述。
