功能性电刺激恢复性治疗踏车对脑卒中患者下肢肌电信号的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨功能性电刺激恢复性治疗踏车(function electrical stimulation cycling,FES-cycling)对早期脑卒中患者下肢肌电信号的影响。方法:将20例早期脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为2组,所有患者均给予常规康复治疗,A组(10例)加用FES-cycling;B组(10例)常规康复治疗。于治疗前、治疗1、2、3、4周后对所有患者采用表面肌电图(surface electromyography,sEMG)、下肢Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、MBI进行评定。结果:治疗前2组sEMG、FMA、MBI差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者RMS、FMA、MBI均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),A组优于B组。结论:功能性电刺激恢复性治疗踏车可提高下肢肌电信号,改善下肢肌肉功能状态,有助于改善脑卒中患者下肢运动功能。
