瘢痕子宫产生的常见原因及其对远期妊娠的影响

摘要：

瘢痕子宫产生的常见原因有剖宫产术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、子宫畸形矫治术等。瘢痕子宫妇女再次妊娠时子宫破裂发生风险显著增加;妊娠早期瘢痕处妊娠发生率明显升高;妊娠中晚期胎盘并发症如前置胎盘、胎盘植入和胎盘早剥的发生率显著增加,胎盘功能障碍导致胎儿窘迫和产前死产的发生也可能与之有关;此外,再次剖宫产率显著增加。
