农村劳动力转移就业能力对农地流转影响的实证分析

摘要：

基于广东省广州、东莞、河源及惠州四个市的部分农村劳动力的调研发现,农村劳动力转移就业能力中的职业价值、职业行为、交际技能、工作技能、社会资本广度以及社会资本深度对农地流转行为具有显著正向作用,而职业情感对农地流转具有显著负向作用。因而,强化农村劳动力的转移就业能力,增强其对非农就业岗位的职业价值认识,强化其非农就业岗位的职业行为,提高其非农就业技能,弱化其对农地的禀赋效应认识,丰富其在城镇的社会资本,对于促进农村劳动力实施农地流转具有积极作用。
